Role: Advises city staff and the City Council through the Citizens Transportation Oversight Commission on safety education, bicycle plan implementation and refinement, inspection of bikeways, improvement of adult and youth bicycle riding skills, and promoting bicycling and walking in the city of Glendale and in
Arizona.

Membership: Eleven members appointed by the City Council, initially for staggered terms and thereafter, two-year terms.

Meets: 6:30 p.m., first Monday of each month. Time commitment averages six hours per month.
